Identify the item
Send the product page, model name or an image of the instruction cover if available. If you have several pieces, list each one separately.
Before assembly
Keep the instructions and parts together if the item is already unpacked. The original packaging can remain in place. If you know a part is missing or damaged, mention it.
Make room for the agreed work
Clear a practical assembly area when possible. A room photo is useful if it helps show access or where the furniture will go; it is not required for every request.
